Vicky studied at Westminster College where she spent her year in industry at the Royal Westminster Thistle Hotel. Following this, she went on to work for Charters managing many prestigious events attended by Royalty and VIP's. She moved to the Inner Temple in October 1993.

Deputy Head of Catering

Manish joins us from the prestigious 30 Pavilion Road where he was General Manager. Manish was previously the General Manager at London Transport Museum and Hospitality manager at Allen and Overy. Manish is passionate about travel, motorbikes and fine food.

Stefani Goodrem

Stefani Goodrem

Sales and Marketing Manager

Stefani joins us from Premiership Football Club, Tottenham Hotspur. Stefani has many years sales and events experience and is looking forward to developing the business at Inner Temple. Stefani has a keen interest in politics and International relations and tries to travel as regularly as possible.

Martin's career history includes working for Royalty and Prime Ministers and also spending 6 years as Robert Maxwell's personal chef travelling around the world.

"The key to maintaining high standards in banqueting is keeping it simple which applies to catering for both small dinners and larger functions."

Niamh McCarthy

Sales and Events Coordinator

Niamh joins the Inner Temple from Hilton DoubleTree in Holborn. Niamh studied at Shannon College of Hotel Management where she graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in International Hotel Management and Business. Niamh is passionate about languages and did a year's internship a Steigenberger Airport Hotel, Frankfurt.

Lorna Pay

Lorna Pay

Office and Events Coordinator

Lorna has a First Class BSc (Hons) in Event Management from Canterbury Christ Church University. Lorna has gained a great deal of administration and organisation experience from her previous roles in a Project Management company and events agency. Lorna helps manage the Inns internal events and the Overnight Accommodation bookings.
